When a gift is purchased for a couple Char Crews will send an email or a notification card to the couple, notifying them that a guest has purchased a gift and what was purchased. If this is a duplicate gift from another store or just an item you no longer care to receive, please contact: Pat at 630-920-0190 or email: Pat@charcrews.com and we will cancel the order and turn it into a store credit that you may use to complete your registry in the future!!!
